Delivery is normally within 10 working days of placing your order, but please allow up to 14 working days at busy times.
Postage and packaging will be charged at a fixed rate of £3.99 per order within mainland UK and N. Ireland, £5.00 to the Scottish Offshore Islands and remote parts of the Scottish Mainland (please contact the Careline for details), £7.50 to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles.
We will send you regular updates, by email, on the progress of your order. You can track your parcel on the website, (follow the My Online Orders link) or contact the Careline by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
If the goods are incorrect or damaged, halfcost will collect the items, free of charge. Contact our Careline by emailing email@example.com to arrange the collection.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods because you are not completely satisfied with them, please send the items back to us by post, at your own cost. (Please send jewellery items with a value in excess of £50 by Registered Post).
In all cases a full refund will be processed on receipt of the items back into our warehouse. We process returns as soon as they are received, but during busy times there may be a slight delay.
All personalised items are excluded from our 14 day return period, as is pre-recorded material, software and fragrances where the seal has been broken. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars are also excluded from return. You may only return these items if faulty or damaged.
Please complete the goods return form which is on the back of the parcel content note, and place this inside the parcel. Please use the barcoded address label from your parcel content note, which will help us to process the parcel on receipt.

For your own protection we advise you to keep a posting receipt of any goods you return.
If you wish to order a replacement for items that have been found faulty or damaged, please check for availability on the web site. If available, please re-order immediately to save disappointment. It may not always be possible to offer replacements because stocks are limited.
You have the right to cancel your order from halfcost from the date of placing an order and up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. Simply return the goods to us for a full refund.
Our systems begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, so it is not possible to change or delete an order prior to despatch.
Refunds will only be processed to the credit or debit card used at the time of order. We will send an e-mail to confirm that any refund has been processed.
